Week 2 is here and this is out first full week of the program! We started the week at Eltham leisure centre to meet with Brad and work on our own individual workout plans that Brad created. Each of us had a goal in mind and had exercises that were tailored to meet that goal. For some this included walking lunges while others had hill sprints and mountain climbers. With all the equipment available and a beautiful sunny day we all worked hard and get through the entire program.
