Hi Everyone! On Wednesday morning at Oxygen Youth Space, the young people were asked about their start to the week at school and to identify what has been going well. The students were then asked to choose one photo from a pile of journey cards to help visually represent their school/life journey and share with the group. Moreland Term 2 Week 3 2022
Gidday everyone! On Wednesday, we spent the morning at Oxygen Youth Space. We first started creating a pictorial of our 'values tree' which included our individual cultural backgrounds, family, strengths, skills, hobbies, hopes, dreams, and significant people in our lives illustrated through the tree's roots, trunk and branches. This was a great activity to get to know each other more. The students presented to the rest of the group which they all did very well. This was good

To begin the program, we met at Oxygen Youth Space on Wednesday morning and played some ice breakers, talked about program and school expectations and set our group's code of conduct, highlighting our group values and goals. The group showed high morale even on the first day which is great to see. We spent the afternoon boxing with Sal in Maribyrnong. We spoke a lot about attitude and having a positive mindset.
